The Overland Gathering
About this event
The Overland Gathering is a deliberately small-scale community weekend for overland and adventure motorcyclists, held on 3–6 September at the Drift Cafe in Cresswell, Northumberland, organised by Overland Event with The Sidecar Guys. The focus is on companionship, good food, and self-organised riding: riders receive an information pack with on-road and off-road routes, GPX files, TRF-guided trails, and local sightseeing across the North East, from Hadrian's Wall to Kielder Forest and the Northumberland coast, and build their own day from it, riding at their own pace, guided or not, or hanging out on site. Evenings bring the group back together for locally sourced food and Overland Ales.
